What Happened?

Was doing so well on keeping my blog fairly updated. What happened? Think I lost my steam…let’s keep this rolling.

Exciting news. Matt and I have finally decided on which house we are going to purchase (with the luck of our house selling) Surprisingly enough we are going to go with “smelly” house. This house has a great location, size, bathrooms. BUT…it smells and has not been taken care of. It is only a three year old house (previous owners being there for 1 year) The carpets and ruined with holes and stains…pretty sure they have never cleaned in the year they have lived there.

After exhausting all of the market here and hoping for something that didn’t require as much work but had as much space we came up empty. So after careful deliberation my husband and I have decided on smelly house. With some proper cleaning, new floors and new paint the house will be great!

So come on! Someone buy my house!
