Soccer Girl

Well surprise surprise (to me anyway) seems Evelynn is a natural at soccer. (ignoring the fact that near the end she tried to stand in the other teams net and block her team from scoring...not sure what happened there)...(and and minus the point when she ran off the field crying because a fly was in her mouth) she was really natural. Must be her English blood :-)

Thursday was her first soccer game and I am really proud of her. Considering the fact she has never played a real game (not even in gym class....strang I know...but she has played dodge ball so all is good in the world). Aside from some rain it was a great evening. Loved watching her out there and seeing her face light up when she looked across the field at me.

I am not sure which team won but thats ok...the important part was the kids had fun anddddddddd there was tim bits!! woot woot!
